At Dunton Green, Sevenoaks, consent has been obtained for 21,000 sq ft of B1 space and an interim lease agreed to Stormonts on the existing buildings for three years at £75,000 pa. Ibbott Moseley were the letting agents. Unit 4, of 1,500 sq ft, at Burlington Court in Slough has gone to Charsley Harrison at £25 per sq ft. Connell Chilvers, Cyril Leonard and Brian Cooper & Co advised CNC.
In the Maple Grove Business Centre at Hounslow, GCC Technologies have taken unit 2 at £15 per sq ft for 2,400 sq ft. Joint agents were Rogers Chapman, Cyril Leonard and Dunphy’s Commercial.
Two units totalling 3,600 sq ft were let at First Quarter, Epsom, for £13.80 per sq ft. Bridgers Commercial advised CNC. Finally, in Westerham, Kent, planning consent has been granted for 5,000 sq ft in London Road. The existing office units have been let short-term at rents equating to £9 per sq ft until redevelopment in 1992.
