CNM Estates has lodged plans to redevelop the South Point office building in Sutton, Surrey, as a mixed-use scheme.
The project, called Sutton Point, comprises 332 homes, 26,400 sq ft of offices and 21,500 sq ft of shops and restaurants.
A new 20-storey east block proposes 180 flats with a west building will include a 139-bedroom hotel, offices and 36 affordable homes. A further 116 homes are planned in the refurbished South Point Tower. The application is due to be determined early next month.
DP9 is acting on planning; BNP Paribas Real Estate, the Welling Partnership, JLL and GVA have also advised.
