The Commission for New Towns is continuing its disposal of investments in Milton Keynes with two industrial investment sales worth £6m.
Fifteen sheds at Kiln Farm 8 have been sold to the Industrial Partnership, part of the IO Group, while Mount farm 3, a 9,677 sq m (104,163 sq ft) industrial estate, has been bought by Willowbrite (Dawson Road) Limited.
CNT has sold five out of a total holding of nine Milton Keynes investments in the last year, including offices at Stone & Webster House and a campus development, Shenley Pavilions.
Kiln Farm 8 includes units from 418 sq m (4,500 sq ft) to 1,672 sq m (18,000 sq ft). The 23 blocks at Mount Farm 3 are up to 1,231 sq m (13,250 sq ft) and are split between Dawson Road and Clarke Road.
