Co-op and Hermes unveil Next phase of NOMA

Two Angel Square NOMA

The Co-operative Group and Hermes Real Estate have drawn up plans for the next wave of office-led projects at NOMA in Manchester.

Initial proposals would deliver more than 750,000 sq ft across three sites.

The most advanced is a 200,000 sq ft block designed by AHR Architects at Two Angel Square (pictured) with 17,000 sq ft floorplates.

The design is expected to be launched at MIPIM and is slated for completion in 2018.

Three Angel Square, designed by PLP Architects, will comprise 250,000 sq ft of offices.

Plans for both schemes will be submitted before the end of April.
