Co-op Bank postpones CEO bonus vote

The Co-operative Bank has decided not to put plans for a new bonus scheme for its chief executive officer, Niall Booker, to a shareholder vote next Wednesday and is instead considering other ways of providing bonuses to Mr. Booker and other members of the executive.

Mr. Booker earlier this week said it would “come as no surprise” if the bank failed stress tests currently being conducted.
