The Co-operative Bank has submitted an application to renew planning on a potential hotel and office scheme in Liverpool’s commercial district.
The bank, along with developer Classic Property Partnership, is looking for another three years to redevelop 70-90 Pall Mall, which has consent for a 12-storey, 205-bedroom hotel and 240,000 sq ft of offices and shops.
The scheme was designed by Foster & Company and A2 Architects in 2009.
