London developer Co-Re has poached a development and investment director from Kajima as its new senior development manager.
Alex Parsons, who was with the Japanese developer for four years, will join Co-Re as it gears up to deliver a series of major projects in the capital.
Co-Re is working on the redevelopments of 120 Fleet Street, EC4, the former ITV London Studios at 72 Upper Ground, SE1, Lansdowne House on Berkeley Square, W1, The Fitzrovia on Tottenham Court Road, and 20 Ropemaker Street, EC2, which is currently under construction and prelet to Linklaters.
Parsons worked on a series of projects and deals at Kajima including the planning and delivery of prime City office scheme 77 Coleman Street, EC2 (pictured).
Prior to Kajima, she was a development manager at Skanska Properties, involved in the delivery of the Monument Building, EC3, and 51 Moorgate,EC2.
