Coal Pension Properties has let a 19,000 sq ft unit to create one of England’s largest indoor play centres for children.
The Patchway Trading Estate building, next to The Mall, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol has been let to Jump 123.
Jump, which opened its first centre in Cardiff, has taken a 15 year lease, close to the asking rent of £5.75 per sq ft. Planning approval is in place for D1 use.
Jump joins other occupiers such as Royal Mail, TNT and Bristol Cars on the estate located beside Junction 17 of the M5.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised the Coal Pension Properties Limited Ltd and Edwards Hardwick advised 123 Jump.
