Coats Viyella could close northern factories Coats Viyella could close its factories in the Midlands and Scotlandas well as its sourcing operations in London. The textile group expects to shut the Counterparts operation at acost of £15m unless a buyer can be found. The operation is expectedto lose £8m this year.
