Highbridge, the developer behind the Cobalt business park in north Tyneside, is planning a £100m manufacturing and distribution park in the North East.
The firm plans to develop 1.3m sq ft of industrial space Indigo Park, an 82-acre scheme with a predicted gross development value of £100m.
Highbridge wants to offer large bespoke design and build premises on the site, which is close to the A1.
