Codling leaves WHR for Orbit Developments

Office agent Paul Codling is leaving Manchester-based WHR Property Consultants to join Orbit Developments. The South Manchester specialist was one of the founders of WHR when he left Lambert Smith Hampton alongside several other agents, including Mike Hawkins, in 2004. Since then, WHR has become one of Manchester’s leading agency practices. Hawkins, who heads WHR’s office agency team, said: “Paul has worked with me for over 10 years.  “The opportunity at Orbit provides Paul with a platform to harness his experience and deep rooted knowledge of the South Manchester market to good effect.   “I wish Paul all the best in his new role and look forward to maintaining a good working relationship.” The WHR office team now comprises Will Lewis, James Nichols and Alex Russell, alongside Hawkins.  The firm’s clients include Bruntwood, Langtree, Wilson Bowden and Property Alliance Group.
