A boutique New Zealand-based coffee company has appointed an agent to expand its presence in London.
Richard Susskind & Company has been appointed to find Ozone Coffee Roasters better coverage in London and requires 3,000-8,000 sq ft to add to its existing 2,750 sq ft portfolio.
The coffee roasters first entered the UK market in March 2012 with its coffee shop and roastery on Leonard Street, Shoreditch, E1.
The right site will be suitable for roasting coffee, distribution, training and offices.
Richard Susskind director Ashley Goodman said: “We are looking to enhance what they already have out there in both general city and fringe locations.”
