Cole Waterhouse has hired David Nuttall as managing director of its industrial and logistics division.
The move follows the appointment of Simon Gallanders as managing director of Cole’s residential arm in April, finalising the re-structuring of the company into two property sectors: industrial and logistics, and residential.
Nuttall joins from Tritax Symmetry where he was development director. Prior to that, he was senior development manager at St Modwen and has also held positions at surveyors Knight Frank and Nolan Redshaw.
Damian Flood, chief executive at Cole, said: “With a strong pipeline of development projects already underway, David will be instrumental in helping to develop the business and unearth new opportunities for us moving forward.”
