Manchester-based developer Cole Waterhouse has submitted detailed plans for 290 apartments at its Anchorage Gateway scheme in Salford Quays.
It has proposed 250,640 sq ft of development in a 29-storey tower designed by Chapman Taylor architects.
The scheme proposes an increase in amenity space, with two mezzanine-level landscape terraces, as well as rooftop penthouse apartments with private terrace space and 4,000 sq ft of commercial space.
Outline plans for the scheme were unanimously approved in November last year, and Cole Waterhouse intends to start on site in Q3 2020.
Chief executive Damian Flood said: “We know that there is a huge appetite for well-built quality homes at the right price in this area, and this development will be a key scheme in the ongoing regeneration of Salford.”
