Property developer The Collective has launched the Doughnut Factory, its debut west London co-working space.
In a partnership with Ealing council, The Collective took over management of Action Acton, in Warple Mews, W3, and refurbished the space.
The 4,800 sq ft development caters for creative industries and start-ups. Rents are £5.43 per sq ft.
James Scott, chief operating officer at The Collective, said: “There is a distinct lack of supply in west London, meaning the market is ripe for disruption. Acton is at the same stage that Shoreditch was at 10 years ago – it’s affordable, and with the arrival of Crossrail will be very well connected. We are excited to be ahead of the curve and capitalise on this.”
