Colliers International has bought property management firm Pointe Group Advisors, which is based in Miami, Florida.
The company, founded in 2003, manages a portfolio of more than 7m sq ft of office, industrial and retail property in South Florida and employs 70 people across two offices.
“We have been committed to expanding our operations in South Florida and this is another major step forward,” said Craig Robinson, president of Colliers International USA.
