Colliers International has appointed Sophie Attwood to head its Liverpool office.
Attwood, who joined Colliers in 2016 as part of the company’s rating division, will lead the Liverpool team from its Exchange Flags offices.
She has previously worked with clients including the Co-Operative Group, WeWork, BT, and Tesla Motors and has 10 years’ experience in rating.
Andrew McFarlane, head of UK regions for Colliers International, said: “I am pleased to announce Sophie as the new head of our Liverpool office.
“She will drive forward our business plan for the city region, working with the wider Liverpool team and colleagues across the Northern Powerhouse region.
“Sophie has the experience and knowledge of the market to make a real difference in this role and I look forward to seeing the momentum that we have built over recent years grow further under Sophie’s leadership.”
Attwood said: “I’m excited to take on this new challenge. Having worked in Liverpool for the past 10 years, I know the market well and have an in-depth understanding of what makes Liverpool’s business community tick.
