Colliers International has appointed Mo Karim as EMEA director of people transformation.
He joins from CBRE where he delivered “people transformation initiatives” across the UK and EMEA and working with its global business sharing best practice.
At Colliers he will be responsible for “leading the people agenda”, which will include recruitment and retention strategies and “identifying opportunities and initiatives which support the company’s EMEA growth strategy”.
As well as CBRE, Karim has also worked at Shell, BBC and Coutts.
