Colliers appointed on Chapelfield

intu-Chapelfield-1Colliers International has been appointed as the catering and leisure agent for intu Chapelfield in Norwich.

Colliers will review the feasibility of remodelling the food court to provide new restaurants and more leisure to attract more evening visitors to the shopping centre.

The food and leisure offer will be enhanced with the addition of new casual dining concepts, several of which are likely to be debut openings in East Anglia.

Ross Kirton, leisure director at Colliers International, said: “Intu Chapelfield has great potential to leverage its standing in the region. Preliminary discussions have begun with a number of established and innovative food and beverage occupiers and we are confident a unique dining experience can be delivered. This is an exciting opportunity for Colliers to extend its relationship with intu and deliver attractions that will excite the intu Chapelfield customers.”

The two existing agents at intu Chapelfield, Lunson Mitchenall and Francis Darrah Chartered Surveyors, remain instructed for the retail brief.
