Lambert Smith Hampton has poached an associate director from Colliers International to join its Bristol planning team.
Marcus Plaw has been appointed director of planning, and will provide services for both the private and public sector across the South West of England.
He joins after six years with Colliers International.
Plaw said: “As the planning system continues to change in response to the government’s growth agenda, landowners and developers are keen to understand the implications of new legislation that refocuses planning at the local level alongside ongoing changes to permitted development rights.”
