Colliers boosts London office team with two new hires

Colliers has bolstered its central London leasing team with the appointment of Jack Knivett and Mark Radford, who join from CBRE and BDG Sparkes Porter respectively.

Knivett will join the agency in the new year to focus on the West End market, leaving his role as a senior director at CBRE, while Radford has already taken up his position. He has previously worked at CBRE, JLL and Montagu Evans.

Alex Kemp, director and co-head of West End Leasing at Colliers, said: “As more people begin to return to their offices, we anticipate that the leasing market will continue to get busier during the remainder of 2021. It is crucial that we bolster the depth of expertise within our team at a senior level to meet that additional demand.

“With Mark starting this week and Jack following in the new year, we are really excited to be adding a combined 30 years of experience and insight with which to support our clients across all London submarkets.”

Tony Horrell, Colliers’ chief executive for the UK and Ireland, added: “We have been focused on expanding our agency and capital markets teams across London over the past few months, with the announcement of a series of strategic hires, each bringing their own depth of market knowledge and expertise to our growing central London client base.

“I look forward to working closely with Mark, Jack and the wider London Offices division as we shape our offering in the capital, continuing to anticipate and adapt to changing market conditions to provide best-in-class service that accelerates the future success of our clients.”
