Colliers CRE has bolstered its Scottish office agency team with the appointment of new Glasgow head Jonathan McManus.
McManus, who moves to Colliers from GVA Grimley, will work closely with Edinburgh agency head Hamish Sutherland.
The appointment, part of an ongoing recruitment drive, will help Colliers to take advantage of the growth currently being experienced by the Glasgow market.
Tom Johnston, who heads up Colliers’ Glasgow office, said: “Office developments and investment are at an all time high, with deals over the past 18 months transforming Glasgow from the ‘sleeping giant’ of the 1990s to a serious player.
“Jonathan’s arrival has created a combined resource of eight based in Scotland, but also operating within the extended national office team.”
