Colliers Capital has been appointed as discretionary property fund manager to Derbyshire Pension Fund.
The selection, which follows a competitive open-market tender, will see Colliers Capital manage Derbyshire’s existing £120m portfolio and advise on the investment of a new allocation of c£65m.
Asset and property management and accounting will be undertaken by Colliers International.
