Colliers conducts Old Fire sale

Colliers International has been appointed by Aberdeen Asset Management to sell the freehold on the Old Fire Station at 4-8 Maple Street, W1.

The 18,699 sq ft Fitzrovia block near Tottenham Court Road is priced at more than £18.5m – reflecting a capital value of £989 per sq ft.

For sale with vacant office possession, the property is earmarked as suitable for refurbishment or for redevelopment into a medical, educational, residential, retail or leisure use.

The area has become popular with media, fashion and education firms including Sony, Linkedin and Twentieth Century Fox.
