Colliers International has hired two new recruits to its City office agency team.
Simon Crotty has returned to Colliers as a director, having left in 2008 to establish Montagu Evans’ City office agency team where he was a partner.
Hamish Cuming has joined from BNP Paribas Real Estate, a company he joined via the buy out of Morgan Pepper.
He has joined as a senior surveyor.
Crotty said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Montagu Evans but am really looking forward to returning to Colliers. At this stage in the company’s history, with Tony Horrell’s and the new management’s goals and visions for the future, it will be an exciting place to work as we continue to transform the UK business back in to a key player once again.”
Colliers chief executive Tony Horrell said: “We are delighted that two such proven City office agents are joining us to help us further our growth ambitions in one of our key markets. Both Simon and Hamish will be invaluable to us and our clients as we continue to grow our City of London team.”
Colliers head of City office Mark McAlister added: “This is great news for Colliers. With the City of London one of the key property markets not only in the UK but in the world, we are focussed on growing the team to ensure that we can offer the best and most comprehensive service to our ever growing local, national and international client base. This is only the start of our expansion plans; we will be making further announcements very soon.”
