Colliers International has hired a former partner at Montagu Evans as a new director in its West End capital markets team.
James McAdden started his career as a surveyor at Donaldsons before moving to Kingly Partners and then Lambert Smith Hampton, where he worked in the central London capital markets team. He joined Montagu Evans in 2016 and left last summer, since which time he has been overseeing a planning application in the Thames Valley for his family property business.
“London represents a rapidly changing market, full of opportunity, and I look forward to working with this experienced team of specialists to offer the very best service to an international client base,” McAdden said.
Colliers associate director George Clutton, meanwhile, has returned to London after three years in Tokyo to join the agency’s international capital markets team.
Last week Colliers named Simon Glenn, former BNP Paribas Real Estate’s head of London markets, as its new head of London capital markets.
