Colliers has hired an associate director from Cushman & Wakefield to take on a new post focused on exploring the future of London’s office market.
Chris Dunn has joined the agency as head of insights for London offices, a new role that will see him supporting the Colliers London office team with data analysis.
Dunn joined from Cushman, where he worked in the UK research and insight team for more than six years, focusing on the central London office market.
Alex Kemp, co-head of West End Leasing at Colliers, said: “There’s been considerable increase in demand for new perspectives on what is happening in the capital and with Chris’ knowledge and skills we can be at the forefront of these, understanding trends and helping clients make informed decisions.”
