Colliers has appointed Alistair Bews as a director in its retail lease advisory team. He joins from JLL where had spent the past five years heading the central London retail lease advisory business.
In his new role, Bews will advise on all lease and rent-related opportunities for Colliers’ clients in pitches across central London.
Matthew Hobbs, head of retail-lease advisory at Colliers, said: “Alistair has an in-depth understanding of the retail landscape and it’s fantastic to have him on board.”
Bews has more than 18 years’ experience advising on lease restructuring, rent reviews and lease renewals on prime retail and leisure properties across London. His clients include Grosvenor, Lazari Investments, Oxford Properties, Frogmore, City of London Corporation, AXA and Freshwater.
