Colliers International has recruited rates specialist Jeff Norris to the West End office.
Following 30 years’ experience in business rating, Norris joins Colliers to work primarily on the central London office and retail markets.
He joins from his own consultancy business but has also worked for Farebrother, Edwin Hill (now Altus) and Sinclair Goldsmith.
His upcoming 2017 Rating Revaluation report will be his seventh annual rating list.
