Colliers International has expanded in the US state of Florida with the acquisition of Colliers International Central Florida.
With 165 professionals in offices in Tampa, Clearwater, Orlando and Ft Myers, Colliers Central Florida provides services including investment sales, lease brokerage, capital markets, valuation and advisory and property management to local, regional, national and international clients.
Joseph Harbert, Colliers International president, eastern region, said: “Integrating Colliers International Central Florida with our existing operations in Miami, Ft Lauderdale and Palm Beach almost doubles our size and provides our clients with the leading commercial real estate service platform in the state.”
