Colliers International’s European business has posted year-on-year revenue growth of 11% to $117.2m (£89.3m) in the company’s second-quarter results.
Growth was 14% on a local currency basis, which included 6% internal growth and 8% growth from new acquisitions.
Adjusted EBIDTA in Q2 fell to $17.1m from $17.8m in Q2 2015.
Overall revenues were up by 21% to $483m compared with the same period last year.
The Americas were particularly successful with a 30% rise in revenue on a local currency basis, 16% of which came from new acquisitions.
Jay Hennick, chairman and chief executive of Colliers International, said: “Colliers delivered excellent results in the second quarter despite key operating currencies declining against the dollar and negatively impacting our results on a reported basis. Strong internal growth continued in most major markets, especially in the Americas region.”
