Hines has appointed Colliers as joint agent with Metis Real Estate on the Royal Exchange in Manchester.
Colliers has been tasked with identifying new brands for space in Royal Exchange Arcade, Market Street, Cross Street, Old Bank Street, St Anne’s Street and Exchange Street.
The Grade-II listed Royal Exchange, which has a total of 100,000 sq ft of retail space and is home to the Royal Exchange Theatre, underwent a £15m renovation in 2016 and has since attracted brands including French Connection and Watches of Switzerland.
