Colliers International has launched a dedicated data centre solutions team for the EMEA region.
Simon Ford will lead the team, which will include Sarah Wilkinson, who joined Colliers in January from CBRE; William King, who joined in October 2014 from a data centre operator; and William Bellman from Colliers International.
Ford said: “The data centre market is maturing and we are seeing a new wave of demand from our clients for professional, trusted advice around third-party data centre occupation and the cloud.”
