Colliers’ London office team appoints director

Colliers has appointed Tim Williams as a new director in its London offices team, where he will focus on the City, Midtown and City fringe submarkets.

Williams has more than 30 years of experience in the London office market. He has worked at Strutt & Parker since 2005. The company was acquired by BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2017 but continues to operate under its own brand in Britain.

Before that he held positions as a director at Nelson Bakewell Real Estate and as a partner at Knight Frank.

Williams said: “The City office market has faced its fair share of disruption in recent years, but the latest figures show a marked rise in take up, particularly for top specification space, demonstrating a positive shift in confidence from occupiers.

“I’m really looking forward to joining Colliers at this pivotal time and am excited to work within such a highly respected team.”

Tony Horrell, chief executive for UK and& Ireland at Colliers, said: “Tim’s significant experience and client relationships will help fuel the growth of our London offices team, providing further support to our clients.

“We are incredibly proud of our breadth of expertise across all areas of the London office market and this latest appointment demonstrates our commitment to providing the best service in this sector.”
