Colliers International has appointed JLL’s James Evans as an associate director in its national investment team.
Evans will work alongside Colliers’ national investment director John Knowles, specialising in private equity, corporate recovery and debt restructuring.
He joins after six years with JLL, most recently with its corporate finance division. The first three years were with King Sturge’s special projects and European valuation teams.
Knowles said, “James’ specialist skills set will be of tremendous value to drive the development of our investment advisory offering to clients.”
