Colliers International has appointed James Cubitt as head of its Birmingham office.
Cubitt, who has been a director at Colliers since 2010, is the current joint head of valuation in Birmingham, having previously worked as a senior surveyor in the valuation and advisory services team for the company.
He succeeds Jon Cookson, who will return to his role as head of corporate restructuring.
Tony Horrell, chief executive of UK and Ireland at Colliers, said: “James’s experience, his enterprising spirit and his broad network with colleagues, clients and prospective clients, makes him well placed to take on the increased responsibility of leading the Birmingham office.”
