Colliers International has appointed Dylan Taylor as chief executive of its real estate services businesses, effective from 1 January 2019.
Taylor joined Colliers in 2009 as chief executive of the US business and is currently president and chief operating officer of the firm.
In his new role, Taylor will focus on the growth, operational effectiveness and client service opportunities in the company’s growing real estate services business.
Jay Hennick, global chairman and chief executive, will continue to be responsible for overall strategy.
Hennick said: “Dylan Taylor’s appointed to CEO of Colliers Real Estate Services recognises his success in building our operations over the last nine years.
“In 2015, we established an ambitious plan to double the size of our business by 2020 and I’m confident that with Dylan’s commitment and leadership, we will achieve this goal.”
