Colliers International has appointed Craig Satchwell to head its West End office agency team.
Satchwell is moving internally after nine years at the firm, most recently as head of Colliers’ EMEA offices business team, based in Birmingham.
He joins following a series of changes in Colliers’ West End team. Robert Few, head of West End agency, last week left the business, while as revealed by Estates Gazette, Charles Godfrey, Mike MacKeith and Richard Vaughan have reformed Godfrey Vaughan, the agency business that they sold to Colliers three years ago.
However Colliers said it was looking to bolster the team, and has recently appointed Richard Divall, from Strutt & Parker, as a director in the central London investment team.
Tony Horrell, chief executive of Colliers said: “London is a key growth area for Colliers International, both in terms of clients and the team. Craig’s track record of bringing home deals will go a long way to helping us reach this goal.”
