Colliers International has recruited Tom Wildash as a director and co-head of its West End office leasing team, after more than eight years at Cushman & Wakefield.
Colliers has also promoted Alex Kemp to co-head of the West End office leasing team. He has been with the firm since 2015, having joined from DTZ where he spent nearly six years.
Both will report to Paul Smith and David Hanrahan, co-heads of the London offices agency and development team.
Smith said: “The London commercial property market is continually changing with advancements in technology and in the face of a shifting socio-economic and, indeed, political environment. To best serve our clients’ needs, it is therefore essential that we too are always evolving; in this case, bringing forward new and emerging talent to senior roles.”
