Colliers poaches CBRE agents for City team revamp

Colliers International has poached four CBRE agents and appointed a new director in a move to revamp its City team.

James Walker, Natalie Lelliott, Oliver Hawking and Stuart Commins all join Colliers from CBRE and will work together with the newly appointed director, City capital markets, Dominic Amey.

Walker, Colliers’ new head of City agency and occupier advisory, was previously a senior director in CBRE’s City agency team and has more than 15 years’ experience advising both landlords and tenants on lettings, acquisitions, lease renewals and lease restructurings.

The City team’s new director, Amey, has been active in the central London property market for more than 20 years and has been with Colliers since 2003, specialising in London investment.

“We aim to attract exceptional people and this dynamic new team is brimming with the energy and fervour that make them stand out in the market,” said Tony Horrell, Colliers’ UK and Ireland chief executive. “Bringing this team together marks another step in Colliers’ continuing growth plans in London, underpinning previous acquisitions in the West End and City fringe, as well as laying the groundwork for further planned organic growth.

“This move bolsters our business in one of the most important locations for real estate in the world and provides Colliers’ clients with the industry’s best strategic thinking, tactical advice and transactional execution.”
