Colliers International has poached CBRE’s Peter Leyburn as its new Europe, Middle East & Asia director of client services.
Leyburn, who was CBRE’s senior director in the EMEA office agency and tenant rep team, will now head up Colliers’ EMEA offices team.
Based in London, he will act as the senior client contact working across all the office agency and tenant rep teams across the EMEA region.
Leyburn has more than 20 years of experience in the property sector, having previously held senior positions at Cushman & Wakefield and CB Richard Ellis.
