Ross Wilkie has joined Colliers International Scotland as a director of retail agency.
Previously with Cushman & Wakefield, his experience encompasses shopping centre instructions across Scotland, together with advising on high street acquisitions and disposals.
Wilkie will be based in the firm’s Glasgow office and will be working with John Duffy, director of in-town retail, on the intu Braehead leasing instruction.
Duffy said: “Colliers International is committed to building our retail capabilities in Scotland and Ross has a real depth of understanding and track record in advising on shopping centre leasing.”
Wilkie said: “Colliers already has an excellent range of instructions throughout the Scottish market and I am looking forward to working with John and the team to develop these further.”
