Colliers International has agreed terms for a new Glasgow HQ with Kennedy Wilson.
The agent has signed for 4,831 sq ft on the sixth floor of 2 West Regent Street , in the city centre.
The deal comes ahead of Colliers’ lease expiry at 9 George Square where the agent has been based since 2005.
Colliers’ new Glasgow office is adjacent to Land Securities’ Buchanan Quarter .
