Colliers International has hired CBRE senior director James Walker to lead the firm’s new City of London team.
The firm is also understood to have made several other senior hires for the team as it looks to boost its presence in the City.
Walker has been a senior director at CBRE since 2013 and has previously also worked as a director at Drivers Jonas Deloitte.
Colliers has also poached Cushman & Wakefield associate Kyle Joss to join its established City fringe team. Joss has been at Cushman & Wakefield since 2010. Prior to that he was a surveyor at Montagu Evans.
