Colliers toasts contract with Bristol duo

Colliers International has hired two commercial property managers in Bristol to oversee a new contract with pub giant Mitchells & Butlers.

Kevin Smith and Nick Mills will manage Mitchells & Butlers’ £3bn property portfolio.

The company, which owns brands including Harvester, Toby Carvery and All Bar One, operates from around 1,600 restaurants and pubs in the UK.

Smith and Mills were recruited from Touchstone.

Tim Davies, head of Colliers’ Bristol office, said: “Kevin and Nick have had long experience in this sector and we are delighted to have secured their expertise to help manage this key contract.

“They will be looking after the unlicensed element of around 1,600 different sites, typically managing vacant space above or adjoining a pub.”
