VIDEO: Colliers International outclassed Lewis Craig in this year’s Property Chef competition, taking top prize.
Nine teams of leisure agents battled it out at Davis Coffer Lyons and Estates Gazette’s 17th annual cooking competition.
This year, the event was held at Covent Garden’s Flesh & Buns restaurant, which is part of the Bone Daddies group.
The contest puts the teams through their paces in three heats – cocktail making, cooking and a quiz.
This year’s cocktail was the Bone Daddies Punch and the dish was deep-fried squid with a spicy mayonnaise.
Finalists Colliers International and Lewis Craig went head-to-head in the cook-off, making teriyaki salmon.
Other teams involved were: Richard Susskind, Davis Coffer Lyons, Restaurant Property, Shelley Sandzer, Cedar Dean Gilmarc, Levy LLP and Estates Gazette.
