A site in Colliers Wood, SW19, with scope for 74 homes has come up for sale for £9.5m.
Savills has been appointed to sell the freehold of the former Thames Water depot on Fortescue Road with permission for a 62,000 sq ft residential development with 63 private homes, of which five are starter homes, and 11 affordable rental units.
The site has been cleared of buildings and mature vegetation and is ready for construction.
