CBRE Hotels has promoted Paul Collins to head its hotel brokerage team in the UK and Ireland.
Collins (pictured) has worked for CBRE Hotels since 2001 and joins the London team from Dublin. His team recently led the sale of the Morrison and Burlington hotels in Dublin to overseas purchasers.
CBRE Hotels has also appointed Dominic Murray as senior director to lead the sale of larger single-asset and cross-border portfolio transactions. He has already spent eight years at CBRE Hotels overseeing £3.2bn of hotel transactions. He rejoins the team following four years working in the hospitality-related real estate market in the Caribbean.
Derek Gammage, CBRE Hotels managing director EMEA, said: “Both are well versed in CBRE Hotels’ market-leading procedures, and are effective in negotiation and deal closing with extensive, proven track records. I have no doubt they will be invaluable assets to the team.”
