Columbia Threadneedle Investments has formed a strategic real estate partnership with Aegon UK, centred on a portfolio valued at more than £500m.
The mandate will be overseen by Columbia Threadneedle’s UK real estate team and led by portfolio manager Jenny Hewitt and James Coke, co-head of institutional real estate.
Columbia Threadneedle’s global alternatives platform manages $35bn (£28bn) across strategies.
