Columbia Threadneedle has placed 21 St James’s Square in Mayfair on the market for £200m, reflecting a 3.6% net initial yield.
The firm completed an overhaul of the property last year designed by Spratley & Partners, after acquiring the property in 2015 from Pembroke Real Estate.
